NMC Technology Outlook > Australian Tertiary Education 2013-2018 An NMC Horizon Report Regional Analysis

Welcome to the workspace for the Horizon.AU Project, the place where the members of the Horizon.AU Advisory Board managed the process of selecting the topics for the Technology Outlook > Australian Tertiary Education 2013-2018, an NMC Horizon Report Regional Analysis. This edition of the report was a collaboration between The New Media Consortium and Open Universities Australia. This year, the report was published in April 2013, and released at THETA 2013 in Hobart, Tazmania. The report focused on emerging technology and its applications for tertiary education (broadly defined) in Australia.

Horizon.AU was a project that applied the process developed for the New Media Consortium's Horizon Project with a focus on emerging technologies for tertiary institutions in Australia. Members of the Australia education community were encouraged to follow the Advisory Board's progress as the discussion unfolded and to use the wiki as a resource and reference tool.
